Bending tin cans with a brake

Bending brake used to bend tin cans into complex forms.

A bending brake like the one shown above, bends metal in a straight line. My bending brake is about 70 years old with a working area of 18". It came with a heavy duty table which I covered with tin cans.

Working at the brake (shown above), I can bend the flat sheet metal from the recycled tin cans to fabricate complex forms. The folded metal is assembled to fabricate the wall frames, chairs, seder plates, and the window frames.
